Pemi-Baker PEM... Blue Sponge Baking Dish 9" rim w/ old English bread pudding recipe included          $32.00 In the summer of 2003, I had the chance to explore the Pemigewasset River in Plymouth, NH.  A hobby of mine is to find old pottery shards and figure out how to reproduce the glaze.  I found a rim shard of a blue sponged baking dish in the Pemigewasset and designed this new baking dish to match.  The baking dish goes wonderfully with this English bread pudding that my sister brought back from her recent trip to England.  The dish looks great on your table with the pudding... yes, my pottery is oven-proof!   -Reggie
